Have you wanted to do your own wheel alignment at home, or maybe you've gone through the painful task of doing one at home with some string and jackstands? Don't want to spend a bunch of money on a professional kit? Well, how about you make your own? We've already gone through and done the difficult part of designing and testing. Now you can print and assemble your own kit.
This kit was designed with a budget in mind. So we used smaller tubing where we could; 1/2" metallic conduit works well.
Items you'll need (besides these files):
3/4" round tubing (approx. 6 ft for one half of the car)
1/2" round tubing (approx. 14 ft for one half of the car)

M5 Thumb screws
String or fishing line
Plumb bobs
Padding or microfiber towels to protect your car's paint
Tip: You could get away with making the tool for one half of the car and hang the string over jackstands or something similar. However, the full kit is recommended for minimal hassle.
Note: It is highly recommended to use a filament that is suitable for repeated use, such as ABS, PC, or better.
